Road and Rail Tanker Hoses are predominantly proposed for loading & off-loading of road & even rail tanker vehicles that carry Petroleum and blended products having an Aromatic Hydrocarbon content of 25% maximum. The products of many road tanker rubber hose manufacturers are coming in huge demand.
This product from DURATUF is available in 3 types – These are TYPE-1A & B, TYPE-2A & B and TYPE-3
The TYPE-1 and TYPE-2 Hoses are designed for Road and Rail Tanker services as DRY HOSES, which are drained after every period of service.
TYPE-3 is a smooth bore reeling hose which is without helical wire reinforcement. It’s used for continuous service and/or for duct that has higher aromatic content.
TYPE-1A: It has rough bore, with external & internal helical wire reinforcement, corrugated outer cover and for a Working Pressure of 0.35 MPa & a Minimum Bursting Pressure of 1.4 MPa.
TYPE-1B: It has a smooth bore, with embedded helical wire reinforcement plain or corrugated outer cover for a Working Pressure of 0.35 MPa and a Minimum Bursting Pressure of 1.4 MPa.
TYPE-2A: It has rough bore, with external & internal helical wire reinforcement, corrugated outer cover and for a Working Pressure of 0.7 MPa and a Minimum Bursting Pressure of 2.8 MPa.
TYPE-2B: It has smooth bore, with embedded helical wire reinforcement plain or corrugated outer cover for a Working Pressure of 0.7 MPa and a Minimum Bursting Pressure of 2.8 MPa.
TYPE-3: It is a smooth bore reeling hose, without helical reinforcement for a Working Pressure of 0.7 MPa and a Minimum Bursting Pressure of 4.0 MPa.
